Terms and Conditions of Sale

These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all services provided by Jordan Michiels, under the Michiels Car brand (repairs, servicing, bodywork, tyres) and Michiels Car Performance (engine remapping, cosmetic and mechanical tuning), regardless of the method of contact (website, telephone, in-workshop).

All work is subject to a prior, free and no-obligation quote, drawn up following a diagnosis or discussion of the vehicle's requirements. Work will only commence once the customer has expressly accepted the quote. The gains advertised for remapping are validated during a road test after the work and may vary slightly depending on the vehicle's mechanical condition.

Prices are quoted in euros, inclusive of all taxes. Payment is due upon return of the vehicle, unless otherwise stated on the quotation (for example, a deposit for specific parts ordered).

Parts and labour are covered by the warranty in accordance with the terms and conditions specified on the invoice. Engine remapping may affect the manufacturer’s warranty on the vehicle in question: the customer is informed of this before any work is carried out.

These terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute shall be referred to the competent courts within the jurisdiction of the company’s registered office.
